Philly Cheese Steak For 2 - Frozen
Ready for Later: Frozen entree to defrost the day before use, heat and serve.
Marinated beef sauteed with peppers and onions topped with melted cheese on a baguette, with mixed cheese and horseradish aioli.
Served with your choice of side.
Steak, Ciabatta Bun, Mozzarella Cheese, Mayonnaise, Horse Radish
Smashed Potato: Yellow Baby Potato, Montreal Steak Spice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (GF)(DF)
Basmati Rice: Basmati Rice, Water, Turmeric Powder, Salt (GF) (DF)
Jasmine Rice: Jasmine Rice, Water, Salt (GF)
For frozen meals, please defrost for 24 hours in your refrigerator before use.
High heat is the usual go-to, but it’s also the easiest way to scorch a good meal. You can stand guard over the stove, but you don’t have to. Around here we say “burn & learn” but we’d rather you skip the burning and just enjoy the learning. Your meal was prepped with care—follow the heating steps for the best flavour.
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place your potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and into the pre-heated oven. Bake 15-20 minutes.
For Basmati Rice or Jasmine Rice, microwave your rice in a microwave-safe serving dish until hot, 2-3 minutes.
2.Add 1 oz of water for each portion and deglaze your pan.
4.Add demi-glace and bring to full simmer for 3-5 minutes.
5.Remove your baking sheet, add cheese on one side of bun. Place on baking sheet and return to oven.
6.Cheese should be melted and buns lightly toasted (3-5 minutes).
7.Remove from oven and slather buns with horseradish aioli, top with your beef, veggies and sauce.
