High heat is the usual go-to, but it’s also the easiest way to scorch a good meal. You can stand guard over the stove, but you don’t have to. Around here we say “burn & learn” but we’d rather you skip the burning and just enjoy the learning. Your meal was prepped with care—follow the heating steps for the best flavour.

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2.On a sheet pan place parchment paper on with potatoes and veggies on one side and place in oven.

3.Meanwhile, cook chicken on medium heat in a non-stick pan with one ounce of oil, 3 minutes per side.

4. Remove pan from oven. Place chicken on other side of baking sheet. Top with red sauce and mozzarella. Bake for 5 minutes.

5.Turn oven to high broil and continue to bake for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is
melted.

6.Remove sheet pan from oven, plate.
