Served with Roasted Vegetables and Smashed Baby Potatoes

Chicken Cordon Bleu: Chicken, Panko Bread Crumbs, Ham, Mozzarella, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Rice Flour

Mushroom Sauce: Mushrooms, White Sauce, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Broth, Roasted Potato, Montreal Steak Spice, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder

Roasted Vegetables: Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Sweet Potato, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper

Roasted Potato: Yellow Baby Potato, Montreal Steak Spice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

High heat is the usual go-to, but it’s also the easiest way to scorch a good meal. You can stand guard over the stove, but you don’t have to. Around here we say “burn & learn” but we’d rather you skip the burning and just enjoy the learning. Your meal was prepped with care—follow the heating steps for the best flavour.

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2.On a sheet pan place parchment paper on with potatoes and veggies on one side and place in oven.

3.Meanwhile, cook chicken on medium heat in a non-stick pan with one ounce of oil, 5 minutes per side.

4. Place chicken on other side of baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.

5.In the frying pan, heat mushroom sauce to a full simmer on low-medium heat.

6.Remove sheet pan from oven, plate and add sauce.
